And just like that – time to leave another city. I loved my time in Prague, and I will definitely want to come back and continue exploring. I’d say it’s top four of my favorite cities thus far.
Before I headed out for my train, I found this gem:
And though I’m very skeptical of all Mexican food in Europe, I was weak and caved for a burrito. And you know what? It was pretty good! Not quite up to Texas standards, but it would do in a pinch!
I was also on the hunt for a postcard. Because on par for this trip, I waited until the last minute to pick one up. I should really work on that.
And then I was off! I had about a 7 hour train ride ahead of me, and I wasn’t really looking forward to it. Fortunately for me, I had a ton of stuff to get done on my computer so it wasn’t awful.
I did, however, have a very lively group in my train cabin. Five French 20-somethings. And though our language was a bit of a barrier, we had a good time. Especially the dance parties to Barbie Girl, Wannabe, and Hips Don’t Lie. You know, timeless songs that transcend cultural barriers 😉
I arrived into Budapest at about 10:30pm, and I’m SO looking forward to a good nights sleep.
