Today was another great day of surfing on the waves. Still working on the same things: drop-ins, carving into the wave, riding rail to rail. But overall, I’ve really enjoyed my time at Witch’s Rock Surf Camp. Honestly, I can’t recommend it enough. The surf instructors are so knowledgable and truly help you become a surfer. If you’re thinking about going, do it.
The rest of the day was a nice, slow beach day. It was the last full day for us campers, and we wanted to enjoy our time together. We really became a family over this week, and it’s going to be sad to say goodbye. *runs away from the reality of leaving each other*
Later that night we had our surf graduation. We have all been officially deemed a surfer! Don’t mind me, just updating my resume and LinkedIn profile …
Though, I’d definitely call myself an Advanced Beginner 😉 See slow-mo and regular speed below!
My Costa Rican souvenir is a never-ending supply of salt water up my nose.
LEGIT!!!!
Gosh, I loved it so much! Can’t wait to continue learning in Portugal!
